Mutton / Lamb Tripe
Mutton Tripe has three primary parts; gastric include products, honeycomb and Omasum.
For use in human food, tirpe must be thoroughly washed and cleaned with very high precision. It’s better to put it for two or three hours in boiled water and slat.
